College Daze Part 2

Roselle was very excited when Henri and Gabriel joined them in college. She had missed her little brothers very much, after all. But more importantly, it gave her an opportunity to get to know Catalina better. After all, Gabriel was quite serious about her and big sister Roselle had to make sure she was good enough to marry into the Hess clan. Thankfully, Catalina got along well with Roselle. She even began joining her and Emily on daily jogs.

Daniel was glad to see his brothers too. His mother had asked him, before the boys moved to college, to keep an eye on them. She especially wanted him to keep a good eye on Henri and his diet. As a man who cared deeply about his appearance, Daniel knew what it took to keep a good healthy body. So just as Roselle worked Catalina, he worked Henri. He eventually had to adopt using an ipod while he worked out, because the aching whines that came with bench pressing were beginning to get annoying.

Though everyone got along, it soon became clear that the dorm just wasn't big enough for them all. For the first week, Henri and Gabriel took turns sleeping on the couch while one of them slept in an empty bed. So the elder Hess children applied for new rooming and soon, all of residents were moved to a larger dorm. It was much better than their previous dorm, for it offered more in the ways of chilling out. There were bubble machines and pool tables installed, the essentials for any college-bound adult.

Even Roselle took time to bond with the pool table. She wasn't as skilled as Daniel but she enjoyed herself all the same. Her enjoyment led to someone else's enjoyment. One of the students who paraded around in the mascot uniforms came by and found himself oogling at the young woman bending over the pool table. He had to be escorted out by Daniel when caught looking for more than 5 minutes.

Throughout his teenage years, Henri never showed much of an interest in girls. Sure, they were nice to look at but he never went out of his way to impress them. He didn't need a girlfriend! That is until he met Marie. She was just so beautiful, the way her dark skin blended in with her vibrant hair was arousing. Marie also didn't mind talking about grilled cheese so Henri was eager to get to know her better.

But his frat boy ways never were good at restraining themselves. On a dare, he tore off his clothes and ran naked around the dorm. His siblings were undetered, though his brothers did cover their respected girls eyes. Marie, though, was shocked. In a good way, of course. It was a bit to take in but hey, it was a nice view.

The study groups continued, of course. It wasn't all fun and games to Roselle. She took full use of the cafeteria's large tables to organized study sessions. While it took some work to get Henri to sit down and participate, the combined efforts of Roselle and Gabriel soon paid off. Just about everyone in the dorm had straight As.

Of course, everyone soon grew tired after working so hard. Even Roselle found herself dozing off during such small tasks such as eating. She remembered staring at her bowl of macaroni but then next thing she knew, she was being shoved by her brother. Apparently, her body was far too tired to even tell her she was about to collapse into a bowl of cheesy noodles.

When he got enough rest, Gabriel used some of the money he earned for such good grades on a ring for his sweetheart. After entering their Sophomore year, he proposed to Catalina. She accepted, of course.

At the end of the next semester, it was time for the elder Hess kids to graduate. Roselle, Daniel and Emily all returned to Sparrowhill. Unfortunately, Anthony had to repeat his final Senior semester due to poor grades. Until he was able to join her, Roselle promised to wait for him in their new home.
